Welcome to LOOPVERRA. These Terms of Service apply to our online store and purchases made through it. In these Terms, “LOOPVERRA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this store. Please review these Terms before placing an order.

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about delivery, returns, and personal information. They are available through the links on our website. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You may place an order only if you are legally able to enter into a binding purchase contract. Otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf.

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

2. Products and Compatibility

We sell third-party replacement watch bands and related accessories. Compatibility, materials, dimensions, and included items are described on each product page.

Before ordering, check your watch model, case size, connector type, and wrist measurements against the product information. Contact us if you need help choosing a size. A watch shown in a product photograph is not included unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Colors may appear slightly different because of lighting or screen settings. This does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.

Apple, Apple Watch, and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to these names identify compatibility. We are an independent seller and do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by those manufacturers.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency identified on our website. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and any other charges we collect will be disclosed before you submit your order.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Prices may change for future orders. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Unless we expressly accept it earlier, we accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order, or cancel an unfulfilled order where permitted by law, for reasons such as unavailable stock, failed payment, a material listing error, or reasonably suspected fraud. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for items we cancel.

To request an order change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will try to accommodate your request before dispatch. After dispatch, a return may be necessary. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping Policy and checkout information explain available delivery destinations, processing times, estimated transit times, and shipping charges.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will notify you, explain any revised timing, and provide cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law. We will obtain consent to a shipment delay where required.

Please contact us if a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Our obligations regarding delivery and refunds remain subject to applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Incorrect Items

Our Refund Policy explains the return window, condition requirements, return shipping responsibilities, and refund process.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request reasonable supporting information to help resolve your request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed and legally permitted. Bank or payment-provider processing times may affect when the funds appear.

A change-of-mind return deadline does not remove any separate rights you may have concerning defective or misdescribed goods.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, and other conditions displayed with the offer. Discounts may be combined only where the offer permits.

We will honor valid promotional terms that applied when an order was accepted. We may reject fraudulent or unauthorized use of a discount code where permitted by law.

You must not use our website for fraud or other unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information.

Our original branding, text, graphics, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.

We may restrict access to prevent unlawful or abusive conduct. Restricting website access does not cancel our obligations concerning an existing order.

Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where that responsibility cannot legally be limited.

The version made available when you placed your order continues to apply to that purchase unless a change is legally required or you expressly agree otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
